The worst shawarma I've ever had, with the worst service I've experienced. The waiter was laughing while we were ordering and was highly impatient with us, and was not answering our questions. The shawarma was really bad. Dry chicken, no flavour at all. Horrible horrible place. Don't take your kids here to eat. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I have been a customer here for years in the old building near bus stop. In my experiences previously the food was good but lacked basic customer service. Staffs never cared. In the new building as well, i have visited 3 times, out of which i had to leave the bakery without even ordering anything due to staff begligence and rude behaviour. Really dissapointed , by their arrangements and staff..poor service Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to Lekshmi Bakers, College Junction, and honestly, it was a letdown. The staff were super rude and careless—felt like they didn’t want to be there at all. I had heard a lot about their egg puffs, but they were totally overrated. Nothing special, just dry and bland. Tried the chicken roll too—not fresh and tasted kind of off. The only thing that was somewhat okay was the chicken biryani. It wasn’t great, but for the price, it was worth it.
