Superb food...especially the chicken fried rice and chilly chicken gravy, tastes awesome.My husband likes the Biriyani of Lakshmi bakers and everytime used to order that but few visits back his review on your Biriyani sounds bad.The quantity and taste is not present as before.Please do consider that too. Tried just three items and taste was good, so rated accordingly. But the biggest disappointment was the atmosphere & attitude of the owner & staff. We ordered our stuff and around 8.30pm they switched off the ACs and we suddenly felt hot though sipping cold item, so asked the staff it is hot pls switch on the ACs and they said it is closing time so will switch off and said I will switch on the fans. I asked what time you close, the reply was 10pm. So, before one and half of closing they switch off the ACs and when I complained the lady at the counter who asked the staff to switch off the ACs was laughing . I got my food packed and walked out. I had an amazing experience with Lekshmi bakers. I ordered two cakes from them, both of them were delicious. My family loved them. And their customer care and service is exemplary. Definitely recommend . Thank you for making our celebration even more joyful.
