They do not have tea or coffee. When I went there and asked for tea, they told me it was not available. If tea or coffee is available only at certain times, you should clearly mention the timing at the counter or on the main roadside. You have mentioned tea, coffee, and snacks, but you did not mention the timing. This should be clearly informed so customers can easily understand and not waste their time.
