If you look through the visitors' comments, the staff is knowledgeable at this club. Good service is something clients like here. It's a pleasant place with the homey atmosphere. But SPOT X hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

I had a really bad experience at this hotel. The food was of extremely poor quality—bland, stale, and not at all worth the price. On top of that, the customer service was awful. The staff was rude, inattentive, and seemed completely disinterested in helping guests. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it if you’re looking for good food and decent service!

I had fried rice from Spot X, and unfortunately, I suffered from food poisoning afterward. I experienced severe discomfort and illness, which I strongly suspect was due to the food. I would advise others to be cautious and hope the restaurant takes food safety more seriously. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
