We went to Spicy Town to have chicken tandoori, and while the marination and masala were very tasty, the chicken was not properly cooked. We had already waited for about 30–40 minutes for our order, and even after such a long wait, there was a mistake in the dish served. When we mentioned this to the waiter, at first he argued instead of listening properly, but after some discussion, he finally agreed to take the dish back. Unfortunately, when he placed the spoon on the table, the table wasn’t even cleaned properly — which showed poor hygiene and careless service. The staff’s behavior and service were disappointing. After returning the dish, they did cook it again and served it properly, but by then, the mood was already spoiled. The food had potential, but the staff attitude and service quality really need improvement. Overall, the taste was good, but the experience was not satisfying due to poor service and hygiene issues.
