Spica used to serve the best lasagna in town—rich, flavorful, and perfectly layered. Unfortunately, something has changed, and not for the better. Whether it's a new chef or a shift in quality, the difference is hard to ignore. The lasagna I had recently was nothing like the one I used to love. Instead of the hearty, well-balanced dish I expected, I was served a soupy, watery mess that barely resembled lasagna. The texture was all wrong, and the flavors lacked the depth and comfort that made it a favorite. It’s disappointing to see such a drastic decline in quality from a place that once set the standard.
