I had a terrible experience at SONGKHO Restaurant in Haflong. I ordered a Friedrich dish and was made to wait for 40 minutes, only to be told at the end that the rice was finished. It’s completely unacceptable to make customers wait that long without any updates or communication. The service was incredibly poor, lacking both basic professionalism and skills. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay away if you value your time and expect decent service! Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
