I recently ordered some food from this café via swiggy, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. The food arrived looking unappetizing, and upon tasting, it was evident that the bread was stale and the filling had an unpleasant taste. What was most concerning was the presence of fungus on the bread, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. This raised serious quality and cleanliness issues with the food preparation. I immediately contacted the restaurant to express my concerns and request a refund, but the customer service response was slow and unapologetic. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and has left me with a negative impression of both the restaurant and swiggy customer service. I would strongly advise against ordering the grilled sandwich from this SKS cafe based on my experience. after lots of discussions with family and friends now i have decided to pursue legal action against the restaurant as well as food delivery partner Swiggy.
