On [24/04/25], I ordered **Mutton Biryani** from Sitara Hotel through Zomato, priced at ₹280 per plate. Unfortunately, the quality of the dish did not meet expectations. The mutton pieces provided were predominantly bone and excessively tough, making the biryani difficult to eat and far from enjoyable. Given the price point, I anticipated a higher standard of both meat quality and overall preparation. Regrettably, based on this experience, I would not recommend Sitara Hotel’s mutton biryani to others. Worst Experience at Hotel Sitara, Bidar – Beware! I had the most horrifying experience at Hotel Sitara in Bidar. Ordered an Egg Biryani, expecting a simple, vegetarian-friendly dish, but to my shock, I found a chicken piece in it! This is completely unacceptable, especially for those who strictly avoid meat. It shows a serious lack of hygiene, food safety, and basic professionalism. When I complained, the staff was unapologetic, brushing it off as if it was no big deal. If they can’t even get a basic order right, I can't imagine the state of their kitchen hygiene. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you care about cleanliness, proper food handling, and respect for customer preferences, AVOID this place at all costs!
