To order nicely cooked steamed chicken, momos and steamed pork is a really good idea. Some clients like delicious beer at this restaurant. The staff is said to be gracious here. SIKKIM RESTAURANT is famous for its comfortable atmosphere. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

I am a big momo lover and wanted to try something authentic. This was my best decision to visit this place coz momo were delicious . I tried steam chicken momo, chicken Thenthuk along with Kashmiri Apple Beer. Everything was top notch! If u wanna avoid waiting time go for lunch between 12-1:30 pm. I consider decision to have our family lunch at the Sikkim Restaurant housed in the New Sikkim House was a wide one. Irrespective of many online positive reviews, it is my and my family’s reviews which matter the most. Service with attention, timely presentation of food ordered and quality preparations make your meal the most enjoyable time of the day. Steam Momos were great veg & chicken as well. My order for pork chilli was a hit considering the portion, taste, crispness and the vegetables in it. I’ll give it 3.75 stars out of 5. Though rest of the folks don’t eat but for a single person the quantity is good. Tasty, crispy but slightly salt was high for me. It was the Tigmo which the salt. Maybe with fried rice/noodles it would be a better combination. Best ones which deserve 4.5 stars are the Crispy Veg Salt & Pepper, Chicken Thakali Thali and Pan Fried Veg Noodles. But the Veg Thenduk deserves a 4.75 star. I highly recommend this place for family and friends outings.
