Very bad experience with staff, service and food, we were going to last Sunday. We booked our table 2 days before we are 16 people, they have no food still waiting more 1 hour too high bill even veg food are all good are cold, we doesn't like Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Yesterday I visited sigdi restaurant..The worst decision in my life I choose sigdi restaurant for our family dinner .... extremely bad experience happened with me and my family.. If it possible I will give reviews in minus,1 star is still too much.. we there by 10:45 pm we are 12 (4 children,2 elders,6 adults) people. We ordered our food around 11 Pm we ordered theirs winter leg , malai tangdi, lasuni fish ,chicken sitara , chicken hongkong, butter roti. At exact 20 min later the guy who take our order who came and told us sorry mam malai tangdi to nahi hoga aap kuch or order dedo at 11:20 this thing happened. I asked them so why you not tell me when we ordered there is no response from them they told us mam tikka order kar dijiye ho jaiga so we order tikka we are so hangry at the moment we are family we have children and elders with us they only served papad and winter leg that will be also after 30 min... At 11:40 the guy come and told us mam tikka b nahi ho paiga aap kuch or order kar do . Like seriously we waited for like 40 min just too hear ye b nahi ho payega also that tikka will suggested by them, they told us mam tikka order kijiye ho jaiga . ... with so much arguments the manager told us there are 50 person group so this thing happend.... I'm so frustrated at the moment I asked them Please give us fish we ordered we don't want any other starters.. at 11:50 guy come with crackel fish, I eat their lasuni fish and I know the difference between crackle and lasuni... I told them it is not lasuni fish it's crackle so they give excuse like dono same hi hai aap ye khalo and forced us to eat .. I'm so angry at the moment... At 11:50 where we go.. when I'm telling the manager about all this thing he is not interested.... And told us mam karva deta hu aapka order... We asked there owners contact number and told them the whole scenario the owner told us wait me karva deta hu after that our food is prepare. At 12:20 we get our first tikka malai tikka.. but the food.... There is no taste in the food they give as plain chicken and malai there is no spice even not salt.. it's just tasteless.. even the chicken has mosquito... We still keep sabar.. the second tikka was also the same there is no taste same plain chicken and souce after 10 min fish we order has come that was good but the main course we ordered has no taste and there is so much salt ... Our mood was completely ruined we paid 5k for this .... It was so bad experience when we told them they ruined our family dinner they told us mam crowed ki vajah hamare pas staff nahi tha ... I can't expect this type of excuse from this much big food chain like sigdi.. and and !!! The crowd is only 50 persons. group... They just focusing on 50 persons group ... Like we are come to eat there for free... Im just telling that if you don't have staff and you can't handle this much crowd so you told us so we go to another restaurant with my family and that 50 person group entered in same time... If you have 50 person or more than that so you go for this resturant because they only focusing on big group.... It is last time I visited this resturant never visit again and never recommend to anybody... If you want to save your money, mood , time then please don't go to this resturant...
