My dining experience at Shrot, Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar, was phenomenal. The elegant ambiance and locally inspired menu, featuring dishes like flavourful papar ke tikki and rich pratap dhan chicken curry , were outstanding. Varun Sharma’s attentive, warm service and spot-on recommendations made the evening special. A perfect five-star experience—I’ll be back! Went there to celebrate my dad’s birthday. The ambiance was amazing and the service was good, however, the food was extremely disappointing. We ordered Kofte ki Sabji in vegetarian, and honestly, it was inedible. The kofta was so hard that we couldn’t even break it. The rest of the dishes were also below average in taste. My dad is a Gold Card member of Hyatt, but after this experience, he has decided not to renew his membership. Yaman served us food and he is really good. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
