I had a terrible experience ordering through Zomato. I ordered sabji and rotis, and the driver delivered a mess—sabji completely spilled with oil leaking out of the container. To make things worse, when I reached out to customer support, they didn’t even bother to respond properly. Absolutely disappointing service! Think twice before ordering.
