Stopped at Shiva Dhaba during a highway trip and overall had a good experience. The food is tasty and feels proper dhaba-style. We ordered dal makhani, paneer butter masala, and tandoori roti—everything was fresh and full of flavor. The rotis came hot from the tandoor, and the portions were quite generous for the price. The place has a simple, no-frills setup, which is exactly what you expect from a dhaba. Seating is comfortable, and the area was reasonably clean when we visited. Service was fairly quick, even though it was a bit crowded, and the staff was polite and helpful. Giving 4 stars because while the food and quantity are really good, the ambience is very basic and can feel a little noisy during peak hours. Also, waiting time can increase when it’s busy. Overall, Shiva Dhaba is a reliable stop for anyone looking for authentic North Indian food at reasonable prices. Definitely worth visiting if you’re passing by and want a filling meal.
