Title: Disappointing Experience at Shiva Dhaba Rating: I recently visited Shiva Dhaba with high hopes for a pleasant dining experience. However, my visit left much to be desired. Upon arrival, my party was asked to shift tables, despite no reserved tally being placed on our original table. This request to move was not only inconvenient but also unsettling, as it indicated a lack of organization and disregard for customer comfort. Additionally, the manner in which we were asked to relocate lacked professionalism and hospitality. As a customer, I value both quality cuisine and respectful service, neither of which was adequately provided during my visit to Shiva Dhaba. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Shiva Dhaba based on my experience. Improvement in customer service and attention to detail is crucial for them to regain trust and loyalty from patrons.
