Hi Shobana. This is Sarjun here, I run this cafe. I just saw your review about the pasta and about the pet dog roaming inside. Sorry about the issue you faced, We are running our food joints to prepare and serve the dishes with the best quality items possible, I can understand there was a complaint with the food you ordered. End of the day we are working and running over time to make our customers experience a fulfilled and pleasant dining. Our team will always be ready to attend and help with any issues you face with our food and ambience. You could have informed about this issue on the spot to our manager he would have checked and replaced the dish in the way you want it to be. And about the pet dog and his hygiene, he will always be groomed and kept clean before leaving him inside to roam free. He won't be in the cafe the whole day, many customers love him so they request us to bring Simba to cafe for playing with him. He will be there roaming and playing for sometime and we will take him back. Having a pet inside brings us a mixed review which you can also check in the previous reviews.
