I went to Shanghai Times to order food and was shocked by the terrible foul smell coming from the outlet. The environment felt very unhygienic and unclean, making it unfit for safe food preparation. Definitely not up to basic hygiene standards, and I would not recommend eating here until they improve their cleanliness. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad experience, dish received was not fresh at all.. they just heated up something and served that too after waiting for long..
