I recently stayed at what was supposed to be a luxurious resort, but my experience was anything but relaxing. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was disorganized, with staff unhelpful and uninterested. The room, which I was promised would have better AC but couldn't provided and the windows were dirty.To top it off, the food was worst, with long wait times and tasteless dishes. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and customer service was nonexistent. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning.... I wish could give minus stars Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
