They prepare all food fresh after order. Take 15 to 20 min but food is awesome. Severos is a winner! I'm giving it a strong 4 out of 5 stars overall, but I'd rate the Service, Atmosphere, and Food all a perfect 5 in isolation. This place has a fantastic vibe, and the staff were genuinely attentive and friendly. The food was the absolute highlight! We ordered the amazing Drums of Heaven, a fresh Fish Fry, and the comforting Dal Khichadi (plus a Carlsberg and Ginger Ale). Every dish was delicious—the Fish Fry was spot-on crispy and the Drums were perfectly spiced. The only thing holding me back from a full 5/5 is that I noticed a couple of minor issues (just small tweaks in flow or consistency) that could be smoothed out. If they polish up those tiny details, Severos will be flawless. Highly recommend!
