New Selvi Mess is a good option for non-vegetarians, especially if you enjoy local-style food. Food. The food quality was good and tasty. We tried dosa, parotta, chicken curry, and fried chicken — all were well prepared. A special mention to Parotta Curry, which was something new for us and tasted good. For vegetarian options, it is limited — mainly sambar and chutney are available. Ambience. The ambience is that of a normal local mess. It is clean and hygienic, though not fancy. Simple seating, but comfortable enough for a quick meal. Overall. If you are a non-vegetarian looking for tasty local food, this place is worth trying. A small place for a quick eat. Variety of veg and non veg dishes available. But waiting time is high. Staff were cooperative and hygiene wise it's recommendable. For a south breakfast, dinner , this is definitely worth a try.
