As someone who prefers these arcade markets over malls - which to my mind are an absolute abomination and waste of space besides being environmentally destructive- SDA market is one of my favourite places. I have been visiting this place since 2014 and I have generally had a good time here. Sadly, Delhi is becoming less walkable due to the climate change with there being oppressive heat in summers and air being thick (and toxic) almost throughout the year (besides being visibly polluted during winters), the frequency of my visits has reduced. But as an erstwhile student I used to love being able to perambulate in the complex followed by walking through the parks of Hauz Khas and then coming back for a snack or a beverage.
