The staff of Satva ( Grand Uniyara) is very rude. They don't have the manners to talk. I had booked a table there in advance for my son's birthday party but when I reached there, the staff said rudely that there was no space. I showed them booking message. But they refused .
Our elderly parents and other guests were also with me. I felt embarrassed in front of all of them and had to find another restaurant with all of them at the last minute. The staff has absolutely no manners in talking. They behaved as if we had gone there to ask for a free meal. I recommend that you to go to Grand Uniara only if you want to get insulted by them.
