Breakfast was okay. Swimming pool was not cleaned. Rooms were well cleaned and properly designed. Hospitality services were good from the hotel side.

"I had a great stay at Hotel Sapphire. We recently had an event, The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. All rooms are clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hotel facilities, like the pool and game zone were fantastic and made our stay even better. The location was perfect, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back!" Service: 5
