Unfortunately, both dishes were quite disappointing. It was evident that the chicken and fish were not freshly prepared. They tasted more than a day old and had been fried multiple times, resulting in a dry and unappetizing texture. The flavours were bland and lacked the zest one would expect from such dishes. Despite the pleasant surroundings and friendly staff, the quality of the food is a critical aspect that needs significant improvement. Freshness is key to good taste, and this was clearly missing in the fried items I sampled. I hope the management takes note of this and ensures that all dishes are served fresh to maintain the hotel's reputation.
