“Hello, I’d like to report an issue with my recent order. Previously, the restaurant served the same dish in a large basket, but this time it was sent in a much smaller basket — which is misleading because it gives the impression that the quantity would be the same. Also, despite specifically requesting extra raita, none was provided in the order. This shows carelessness in fulfilling the order. Kindly look into this and ensure such mistakes do not happen again.”
