Now the food is really pathetic. Earlier it used to be great....but now they have lost if...rotten fruits and salads...when I say rotten I really mean it...water melon...I have to ask for fresh melon as the once kept on display are actually soft, smelling rotten melons... We visited Sam's pizza expecting a decent dining experience. Unfortunately, the food and service fell far short of expectations. The pizza was shockingly undercooked, and despite our complaint, the staff re-served the same uncooked pizza. The salads were also below par. The service was abysmal. We had to repeatedly call staff (5-8 times) for basic requests, only to be met with indifference. Management's lack of response and concern was staggering. Our experience suggests that positive reviews may be inflated. Overall, our visit was a disaster. We would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
