Yes Ma'am, u r right.. It was such a special day for your son, and u remembered that 1hr15min ago.. u confirmed me a 1kg customised cake by 5:45pm nd asked to deliver it by 7:00pm (the same day).. ii agree that ii was unable to prepare on time but your husband's behaviour in front of all my customer's was so rude.. still ii requested him to have a sit nd said that the cake is ready and getting freezed, so only after the setting process, ii can place the fondant toppers, but your husband refused to wait nd when u have send your brother for pickup on bike, like how would he single handedly take 1 kg cake on bike.. nd your brother said he will pick up today morning, but instead of him, ii got your review like this .. except a hr delay, where is my fault.. ?? Nither u asked me for your refund ( which is also not applicable) when u didn't collected it.. It's not your first time, even last time u have ordered a cake for your husband, nd didn't show up after the cake was done nd nither received my calls . Nd this time when ii asked u for advance, u got angry and did all this rubbish.. by just paying 500/-, u think u have payed for 1/2kg + 1kg customised cake ( 1,700/-) so u actually gave me 1,200/- loss . Now who should pull u to court.. The 1st cake which u loved, u didn't share a single review, nd for this u have given 2 review ( as Parbin Susmita & your husband Mustak Ahmed).. Thank you for your feedback, but always remember my customers knows me very well.. nd request u to never do this to others, as it's very hard to come till here ...
