Rooms were decent.. Staff behaviour was very rude.. the owner was very aggressive towards every quarries.. staffs were very negligible towards the customers requests.. worst decision Service: 1

Our resort's check-out time is 10 am, but you checked out at 1 pm. Even then, you wanted to pay 3000 taka less at the time of payment, we are unable to accommodate that request. That's why you made this comment. We have not compromised on service, I hope all your guests have appreciated it. Have a good time, come again. Thank you

My booking was on 10th December 2024. It was my sister's wedding. I had booked 10 rooms in Samridhi Hotel but their staff behaved very badly. Managers were very rude cheap hotel do not visit their hotel. My guests who were staying in those rooms were outside with their trolley bags at around 10 o'clock. You were told to wait, we are managing the guests, you were not able to wait for 2 minutes there was also money left at galaxy beach resort ,We had booked 10 rooms, there was not 1 or 2 so obviously we can say for 3k less, you guys did not reduce even 3k. But it is okay, we were just asking that if it can be reduced then it is correct, we were not forcing you to Do. but why did you behave rudely, we did not commit any crime. Your staff was arguing that, all the viewer who were watching my reviews you are seeing, before Samridhi there is Galaxy Beach Resort, you should go there, the behavior of those people is very good and we had bookings in Bombay Beach, Fortune, Galaxy and 2 hotels, we did not face any problem from those people but this samridhi beach resort had a cheap hotel and cheap staff, manager etc. Service: 1

Room and resort are very good Manager Avijit and Service Provider cum restaurant incharge Arijit was awesome they are too humble and cooperative.. they opened pool at every time we requested even in night and make available the things we requested. Lastly food was very good prepared simple as we requested and rate are very reasonable Service: 5
