Went here for the Indonesian cuisine, just to be handed the ordinary Indian cuisine menu and upon asking about the Indonesian cuisine, the waitress told me it isn't available

Had come across sambal many times while browsing on ZOMATO. Finally found time to visit on a Thursday afternoon...upon entering, there was instant confusion amongst me and a friend regarding if we'd reached the right restaurant. On enquiring with a steward(who didn't seem interested), we were directed to the restaurant upstairs (which was serving indian food)...however we came back down and sat on a table. We had to reconfirm with the said steward if we were at the right place and he seemed completely clueless, maybe didn't understand. Then we had to open sambal's page on ZOMATO and ask. To which he replied assuring that we were at the right place....to our relief...we were finally sure and ready to order some food...all this had taken about 17 minutes to be precise, but where was the menu!!?? NO MENU! and once again we had to go through the ordeal of finding our server and requesting for a menu who actually hadn't filled up our glasses with water even after asking us what water we'd prefer. Anyway moving on, we were presented with a menu, but an Indian one..that of ankapur village (guess they're the same entity). Bang! Now we were even more concerned! Finally we found a manager or supervisor, don't know as they all seemed clueless(but this guy looked like someone with a bit of authority)...so we asked him if we were at sambal...and to our horror, the guy just went like "haan milega na, chicken sambar, veg sambar, only sambar" ....by this time we had lost it...and we asked for one last time, "sambar nahi, SAMBAL, IS THIS SAMBAL ?...Oh.he says...yes this is....but where is the menu? And finally it arrived (but still no water served)...30 minutes In, and we were now extremely disappointed with the entire situation and decided to leave without ordering anything. Upon telling the so called manager/supervisor about why we decided to leave, he seemed to have an attitude as if they dont need our business..(they're probably making enough money with the Indian restaurant)...however one seems to miss the point here..had the steward and supervisor atleast been slightly more attentive, empathetic and polite, we would have probably still had a meal. Because at the end of the day, a major part of visiting a restaurant is the hospitality, not just the food.
