As mentioned in other reviews, it lacks the taste compared to the previous outlet. But the food is still great most days. I mentioned most days because when the hotel is crowded, they lose the momentum and serve food items, not up to the mark, especially chicken and beef fry.. Now the location is difficult as located in the service road and difficult for people going toward tvm from kollam. One waiter was excellent for around 50 years but didn't see him during other visits.. other staff members are below average in service as the place is busy during evening and night. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
