Salu makes one of the best beef cutlets I have tried in Goa. Always a friendly and welcoming guy who loves to have a chat and his food will make you come again and again. Beef cutlet pav or just beef cutlet with Salad is what I recommend. He's also got a fridge stocked with variety of drinks to go with some sausages too.
