We had pre-booked this restaurant well in advance to celebrate a child’s birthday and had clearly informed the staff about the event. Despite that, our experience was extremely disappointing. The management stopped the children from celebrating and enjoying themselves, completely ruining the festive spirit. When we tried to reason politely, the staff behaved rudely and even said, “We don’t need such customers.” To make matters worse, around 9:20 PM, they started pressuring us to leave, saying that because of our party, they were getting delayed in closing the restaurant — even though our booking and timing had been confirmed earlier. This attitude is highly unprofessional and disrespectful towards paying customers. A restaurant should be a place for warmth and hospitality, not humiliation and hostility. Particularly, staff member Jitendra was extremely rude and discourteous, which added to the unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place for families or anyone planning to celebrate a special occasion. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner
