Worst manager or owner- name Tushar- What an amazing way to sale a bungalow with false information, he promised us everything and he was so bloody stern with his price. We said nothing about the price and we gave him advance just because we believe in each other however when we reached the place we had no swimming pool- ohhh lord save me it was horrible experience, we asked for 10 people no beds were arranged, Ac was not working. I mean seriously is this how you take got the MTDC approval??? when I ask for refund as I paid 1500 per head, he is not answering the phone.............. people like him should be punished for ruining someone's outing.

Dear Mr. Abhsihek, Lets start with the fact that you are visiting this place for the second time. Our Resort is operational since the past 10 years and since the first day we do not have any AC rooms which is well known to all our customers. We have tried to install ACs but due to fluctuation problem in urli being a village its practically impossible for the Acs to function . Your second point on paying advance : You callled 2 weeks in advance for the booking and our policy was clearly specified 50% booking amount and 50% payment 24 hours prior to arrival. This is what we follow for all our customers as a policy as we make arrangements only based on the bookings and are not a walk in resort . You had paid only 3000/- as a booking amount against a bill of Rs 19500/- inspite of that we honored your booking and only asked you to pay on the day of your arrival. Paying an advance is fooling our customers says which hotel policy ? Swimming pool is never a part of our package, infact we dont have a swimming pool.There is a property adjacent to ours who gives us a swimming pool on additional charges only on demand. Unfortunately that property owner had not been maintaining the swimming pool and hence we could not provide the same to you. We apologise for the same and also refunded the charges for swimming pool. Not answering the phone ??? Please dont make such false acquisitions as I have been available to all my clients whenever required. You and me have spoken several times before you entered the property and even when the swimming pool issue came up. On booking you specified we are 10 people but we want your 3 BHK villa as we have stayed there before. Beds were not arranged ??? its got 3 bedrooms and we have extra bedding available for more that 30 people at the Resort. This issue was never discussed and has suddenly come up out of nowhere. I could have given you an additional Villa but you specifically demanded that Villa. This is the hospitality industry and we are a have been serving our customers honestly and sincerely ever since our existence . However, a term such as punishment only appears in the books of law and crime and is too harsh for small human errors like non availability of a swimming pool. We hope that you realize that we would not have been existent had the case been as mentioned by you and you would not have come back the second time.
