Just considering the Jam Roll, Pastry, etc they are a 4/5. Jam Roll is available from morning, Lime pastry, Cream bun, etc is only available from 2nd half. But considering their entire service attitude they are a 3/5. Such as Don't accept cashless payment (if they have trust issues, use Paytm payment device for cards and UPI's) Doesn't have parking space I see the service issues as a problem of not ready to change as a lay back attitude. If you're planning to visit Kanjirappalli, consider stopping by, as it's easily accessible near the main junction. However, be aware that parking space is limited and they only accept cash payments.
