"I was fascinated by how this restaurant manages to preserve traditional cooking techniques while presenting them in a modern, fine-dining style. They use clay pots and charcoal fires for cooking, which gives the food a deep, smoky flavor that you simply cannot get from modern gas stoves. However, the plating and the service are world-class and contemporary. It is a brilliant way to introduce heritage recipes to the younger generation. The signature slow-cooked lamb was so tender it literally melted in my mouth. A truly unique culinary journey that I would recommend to everyone.".
