Absolutely pathetic experience! Today I went to this shop to buy mix sweets. I paid for mix sweets, but the first time I opened the box, it was filled with only one type of sweet! I immediately pointed it out, so they replaced just one sweet with another type. Still not a proper mix. I complained again, and they added just one more. Third time, the same nonsense. When I pointed it out the fourth time, the shopkeeper sarcastically said, “Give them a fourth one too” — as if I was taking sweets for free! The tone was extremely rude and insulting. This is nothing but cheating customers and then misbehaving with them. Shameful attitude! If you take money, deliver what you promise — it’s that simple.
