The ambience was really nice—cozy and well-maintained, making it a great place to hang out. The food, however, was just okay. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t stand out either. The biggest letdown was the beef burger, which barely had a beef vibe—it felt more like a veggie burger. Apart from that, everything else was good, including the service. They have quite good pizzas (American style) and the staff is friendly. Location is a bit off but it’s worth going there if you are in the area. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I recently dined at Rustic Cafe & Restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food was disappointing, especially given the high prices. I ordered the butter chicken and porotta, as well as their biryani, and I was left underwhelmed by both the taste and the quantity. The butter chicken lacked flavor and was overly oily, while the porotta was tough and not fresh. The biryani, which I was particularly looking forward to, was bland and dry. To make matters worse, the portions were small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied despite the hefty bill. Adding to the frustration was the poor customer service. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, making the whole experience even more disappointing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant! Overpriced, underwhelming food, and subpar service.
