Visited Rustic Rays on Valentine’s Day. It was very crowded, which I understand, but the service was extremely poor. No water or cutlery was provided even after asking multiple times. Many menu items were unavailable, and the food that was served was completely cold. We ordered soup, a paneer platter, and avocado toast — all cold, and the avocado toast wasn’t fresh.
