I'm from Australia. Visited this place on 4th Feb night with my 5 friends. Very great customer service particularly by manager Karan. Bouncers are very firm but very polite. We're in VIP table 1. Neat and well organised waiters. 2things ....1) nusense for continuous loud dj. Suggest micro breaks. 2) the staffmember in green dress who put wrist bands... upset us by takenoff our bands that we bought and kept for late session. We paid for it. Manager Karan also assured for it but she came in middle and takenoff. Very embarrassing. We didn't resist or argue. Very greedy act. Certainly this impacts your image & reputation.that staff member needs more training... Overall, Very memorable moments we got. Thinking to visit again.
