When I left this woman, PG, this time she was good, and I got Some refunds money from her. She told me she would send me money within one week; I trusted him, and after one week, she didn't send the money. I call them; She received my call, and see many reasons, and said "I pay you later" and she bhieav rootly with me. Now, after 4 months, till now has not refunded My money, so please all people keep a distance from this woman, and her food quality is poor. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered for veg meal after confirming the items she was sending. What we received was with a few things missing. When we called, she just informed that those got over (even though it was the part of the meal ordered) that was accepted. She was not apologetic, no alternatives were sent, the price was not reduced either. In fact she just banged the phone down because she was too busy. We called again, and she said that she would fix it the next day. Well!!!!! That is as unprofessional as it can get. Next I tried the aloo posto, which was full of excess oil and way more aloo than posto. I left it at that. Ordered from somewhere else and enjoyed my meal. I do not plan to order from this thoroughly unprofessional kaam chalao place. There are many thoroughly professional places that charge much less. Being a foody myself, I will definitely support them. We must have these unprofessional services filtered out, so that overall service quality improves in Bengal. Avoidable!!!! Food: 3 Service: 1
