My recent experience at Forkfull Xpress Kasba was nothing short of disastrous. The quality of their products, particularly the chocolate cone, is abominable. On multiple occasions, I was served a cone that had either chocolate or, bizarrely, strawberry, depending on their whims. To make matters worse, their counter staff admitted to using leftovers, which is an egregious breach of food safety standards. The nadir of my experience was the 2-pound pastry cake I purchased for a birthday celebration. The cake was rancid, emitting a foul odor, indicative of it being spoiled. Unfortunately, my child and her friends consumed this cake and subsequently suffered from stomach infections. This establishment's negligence and disregard for quality and hygiene are utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise against patronizing Forkfull Xpress Kasba if you value your health and well-being. This establishment's gross negligence and blatant disregard for quality and hygiene are utterly indefensible. I have uploaded images to substantiate these claims.
