After a long walk around Tahniyat Mahal, go to this restaurant and have a rest here. If you want to try Indian and Persian dishes, take your chance and visit Rumaan Restaurant. Take a break and eat nicely cooked chicken biryani, tandoori chicken and chicken roti. You will be offered good biscuits. Order delicious rum, it's a must when visiting this place. Come here and have great masala chai or good coffee.

RUMAAN RESTAURENT: A DISGRACE TO HYDERABADI CUISINE I had a disastrous dining experience at Rumaan Restaurant. We ordered their famous mutton biryani, which was the worst I've ever tasted. It contained only two finger-sized pieces of mutton that were stale and tough. Almost immediately after eating, we experienced severe stomach issues, as if the food contained harmful spices. They charged INR 150 per plate, while better biryani can be found around Charminar for just 80 Rs. All of us fell ill, suffering from nonstop diarrhea for 24 hours, and we had to see a doctor for medication. I strongly advise against trying anything there, as they take advantage of unsuspecting visitors. When we complained about the quality of the food and the small portion of mutton, the owner shamelessly asked for payment instead of expressing any regrets. In summary, do not visit Rumaan Restaurant; it truly tarnishes the reputation of Hyderabadi cuisine.
