I am extremely disappointed with the portion size of the food I received today. Let me be very clear — just because the food tastes good, it does not mean you have the right to reduce the quantity and charge an unfair price. I paid ₹260 for this dish, and what I got is nowhere close to justifying the amount. This feels less like dining and more like being taken for granted as a customer. Food quality should always go hand in hand with quantity and fairness in pricing. If I’m paying hard-earned money, I expect both taste and value for money. Unfortunately, this has left me feeling cheated and insulted. Good taste cannot cover up poor ethics in portioning and pricing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because no customer deserves to walk away unsatisfied after paying such a high price. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ruchi's Family Restaurant, where I indulged in their Green Pepper Mutton and Biriyani combination. The experience was nothing short of delightful.
