Visited Chitradurga for a weekend and ended up in this worst restaurant. Despite being located in the heart of the city, this place is looting customers with spoiled, unhygienic, and tasteless food. We ordered a variety of dishes, expecting a satisfying meal, but everything turned out to be below average. The soup had a strange chemical flavor, was overly sweet, and to our surprise, tomato soup was served without bread crumbs. When we asked for them, the staff simply said, "No, this is how it's served here," and didn’t bother to help. The noodles were subpar — street food vendors serve better. Paneer tikka had soft paneer, but absolutely no taste. Egg chilly? Also disappointing. Even after ordering multiple items, paying so high, we had to leave and eat at nearby food carts just to fill our stomachs. Yet the prices here are comparable to restaurants in Bangalore — outrageous for the quality offered. Don't waste your time or money at this worthless restaurant. To make things worse, it’s clear that the high ratings on Google are fake — probably bought. We even saw tables around us complaining and arguing, so clearly, we weren’t the only ones having a bad experience. Cheap tricks and false ratings — stay away. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ruchi's Family Restaurant, where I indulged in their Green Pepper Mutton and Biriyani combination. The experience was nothing short of delightful. The Green Pepper Mutton was a true highlight, perfectly balancing the succulence of tender mutton with the bold flavors of green peppers. The spices were expertly blended, creating a harmonious dance of taste that lingered on the palate. Each bite was a testament to the chef's skill in capturing the essence of traditional Indian cuisine. Note:- never eat Roti it was worst. Accompanying the mutton was a plate of fragrant Biriyani that stole the show with its aromatic blend of spices and perfectly cooked basmati rice. The biriyani was generously layered with flavorful morsels of meat, providing a rich and satisfying ensemble of textures. Ruchi's Family Restaurant's ambiance added to the overall experience, with its warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were attentive, enhancing the dining experience with their friendly service. In conclusion, Ruchi's Family Restaurant offers a delightful culinary journey with its Green Pepper Mutton and Biriyani.
