Worst restaurant service experience I went there on 24th Jan 2026 around 3 pm for the lunch with my complete family of 9 members including grandparents and toddler.. the staff behaviour was unexpectable at all. We ordered dosa ,veg biryani and south meals but they said only meals nothing available but before getting into the restaurant we asked them and they said yes .. also they chased us form this side to that side of the sections like we are beggars .. please teach your staff to behave properly with the customers.they are ruining your hotel reputation . I will never go there again and I will not refer it to anyone ..GOODBYE Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We visited Ruchi Veg on Hunsur Road, Mysuru for breakfast and tried the Pongal and Mysuru Masala Dosa. The experience was not satisfying. The Mysuru Masala Dosa was served cold and tasted very bland, with none of the flavor or crispness we expected. The Pongal was even more disappointing — it had no salt and no taste at all, and felt more like plain boiled rice with some added color rather than a proper Pongal. In terms of value, both items felt overpriced for the quality served. For reference, we would rate the Mysuru Masala Dosa 3/10 and the Pongal 4/10. The service was average, and the food was brought to the table without much care. The ambiance is like a standard vegetarian restaurant, but the food quality did not match the pricing. Overall, this visit did not meet our expectations, and we would not recommend these dishes based on our experience.
