I was disappointed with the food quality at Ruchi Restaurant. The menu is the same all day, which gets quite monotonous. I ended up buying food from nearby restaurants instead. To make matters worse, I recently spotted a rat running through the kitchen and informed the staff, but they didn't take any action. This is unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Worst food I ever had and very very bad approach from staff. They don’t even care if you are there or not. If you are ready to wait for min 30min then you get food. We can get treated in their hospital itself while having food from there. Please avoid this canteen better try restaurants outside the hospital. I didn’t see any 0 star option here that’s why I put 1 star, they don’t even deserve that. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200
