I would like to bring to your notice that the behavior of your salesman, Mr. Madhu, has been very rude and unprofessional towards customers. Every time we visit, his way of talking is not polite, and he does not know how to communicate properly with customers. This kind of behavior is not acceptable and is creating a bad impression.
