To be very honest, don’t expect the same taste and feel as the original ideals or pabbas. This is completely different operator, this is like an outlet where you get all ideal ice cream options but it’s not exactly the Original store of ideas. Here they use ice cream of ideals, but the making of each specific option is completely in their hands because of which they don’t match the original ideals taste or feel. I got very much disappointed with this, this is 3rd time in past 4years, I have visited this store since the time they opened here in Surathkal, it’s here since 4 to 5yrs but nothing changed, each time i visited excepting betterment or so, but it’s still the same. Even the quantity they provide isn’t as much as the original, here the glasses are small but they cost same as pabbas and ideals. Today we had tiramisu, chocolate daddy and ideals special, Ideals special was ok ok, but tiramisu was very bad and chocolate daddy was tasting yuck. Very much disappointed, I don’t wish for anyone’s downfall, Please improve your making style and quantity, i don’t know if this was bought to your notice. I am writing this so you change and improve and intake the review. Thank you.!

Its a small icream parlour, nothing interesting to say. The name on the menu and the taste will is all different so don't go by the names. For a small place it is always noisy.

For places where ideals and pabbas doesn't exist. Ruby's cream parlour comes to rescue.
