The boba tea was served in a chipped glass, which is concerning from a hygiene and presentation standpoint. The French fries took approximately 40 minutes to arrive, which is an unusually long waiting time. They were served with takeaway-style ketchup packaging, making it inconvenient to dip and eat properly. Overall, the pricing does not reflect the quality of the food .
