My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked about my food order, they refused to take it and said that no one was available to handle orders. Instead of helping or explaining politely, they spoke in a very rude tone and simply said it would take a long time. Such behavior is not acceptable, especially in the hospitality business. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or basic courtesy. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
