I visited this restaurant with my family for the first time and the experience I had was the worst one in my whole life. We had traveled to Mangalore this morning from Kannur for a doctor's appointment and by afternoon as we were really hungry decided to have lunch from this restaurant. When we entered, the restaurant was not crowded and few tables were empty. We sat on a table to place our order and one gentleman from the counter approached and told us that we need to make a reservation if we need to sit on the table and asked us to clear the table ruthlessly. He was not even kind enough to make us sit on another table. There were other tables free and not even a single customers were waiting outside. We felt so embarrassed and angry that we left the restaurant. This type of experience from a highly rated restaurant is never expected. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE. Forget the food when the attitude of restaurant itself is cultureless. NB:- Check the lowest reviews before visiting this eatery. PATHETIC & CULTURELESS RESTAURANT

Plz dont give incomplete review Firstly 3 tables were getting ready for the guests waiting outside before u they waited for almost half an hour when u entered the restaurant there was board with restaurant full sign u just entered without even asking any of the staff or me u entered and went to the watch room when u sat on the table the waiting guest is asking me that was thier table so I from the counter just requested u the this table is for the waiting guest before I could speak further u got annoyed and went out and I couldn't speak coz u didn't allow me to This incident is captured in the cc cam I can send you the footages time was October 2 around 2.30 pm it was a miscommunication Sorry for the inconvenience To conclude we restaurantiers are like football on the ground anyone comes kicks and goes we have to suffer

Very bad customer service. I'd rather not have gone here. I came with my family and upon seeing the restaurant mostly empty we chose a table and sat. We were asked to get up saying the table was booked. Usually, when a table is reserved in a restaurant there is a board or something. There was none of the sort and the waiters are very rude. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
