From the visitors' viewpoint, the professional service doesn't exceed guests' expectations. Google users rated Royal Sweets and it didn't gain a high rating.
Recently we visited Royal Sweets. We placed a decent order including cool drinks and cake, and paid accordingly. While the food and service inside were fine, our experience was completely ruined at the end. As we were about to leave, an elderly male staff member spoke to us very rudely, asking us to take the car and leave quickly. We completely understand the need to manage parking space, and we would’ve gladly moved if asked politely. But there were no other customers waiting and still, the way he spoke to us was unnecessarily harsh and disrespectful. Sometimes, a single unpleasant interaction is enough to ruin an entire day — and that’s exactly what happened. A little courtesy and basic respect go a long way, especially in customer service. Worst customer service ever! This is by far the worst branch of "Royal Foods" I’ve ever visited. I've eaten from many of their outlets and always had a decent experience, but the staff here were shockingly rude and arrogant. They clearly have no idea how to treat customers with respect. Their attitude was insulting, and they acted like they were doing us a favor. Absolutely no manners or professionalism. I’ll never step into this place again—and I’ll make sure others don’t either.
